Health Solution Advisor with Spanish and English

Concentrix CVG International is seeking a dedicated Health Solution Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and support while representing our prestigious clients with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to consult, assist, and support diverse customer needs effectively.

• Provide strategic recommendations and generate exceptional customer service experiences.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic spirit with a degree in Dietology, Cosmetology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a similar field.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Spanish (C1) to communicate effectively with our international client base.
• Self-motivated mindset with strong multitasking skills and a readiness to take on new professional challenges.
• Willingness to continuously improve knowledge and learn the art of managing client-customer relations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.
