CoinPoker is a leading crypto-poker platform that merges advanced blockchain technology with the excitement of online gaming. We are currently seeking a Head of Video to lead our content strategy, production, and performance across all long-form and short-form channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the video content strategy, establishing repeatable formats and series that resonate with our audience.
• Lead the production team end-to-end, from planning and edit direction to final delivery, ensuring consistent quality across all platforms.
• Manage the long-form to short-form pipeline, ensuring content is systematically repurposed for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and partner collaborations.
• Oversee content performance analytics, using data-driven insights to refine packaging, hooks, and overall channel strategy.
• Collaborate with creative, ambassador, and marketing teams to produce high-impact video content for campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing audiences through both long-form and short-form video content with measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing production teams, including editors and content specialists.
• Deep understanding of video performance metrics, including retention curves, click-through rates, and platform-specific engagement data.
• Strong command of content packaging, including titles, thumbnails, and narrative structure to maximize viewer retention.
• Experience operating within gaming or gambling-adjacent sectors with a solid grasp of platform policies and content guidelines.
