Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end social content calendar, ensuring all materials are optimized for platform-specific algorithms and distribution mechanics.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing social media team, setting clear standards for community management and content quality.
• Establish robust performance reporting frameworks to track follower growth, reach, and the overall commercial impact of social media initiatives.
• Oversee global and localized social accounts to ensure brand consistency while adapting to regional audience behaviors.
