Head of Product

FinanSys is a trailblazing company with over 28 years of experience in finance automation and robotic accounting. We are looking for our first Head of Product for UniFi, our financial process automation platform, to lead our product strategy, roadmap, and development team in this fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UniFi product roadmap and determine the release cadence.
• Lead, hire, and develop the product, engineering, and consulting teams.
• Be accountable for the platform's performance, stability, and overall success.
• Present UniFi to customers and prospects while driving usage and expansion.
• Translate deep knowledge of the Office of the CFO into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B software product roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, FMS, or similar finance systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of four or more people.
• Technical proficiency to engage in architecture discussions and API specifications.
• Deep understanding of finance team workflows and the ability to communicate value to financial stakeholders.
• Fluent English and availability to work during UK hours.
