Head of Product Design

MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specializing in mental health, dedicated to building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions powered by AI. We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Design to lead our design team and serve as the primary advocate for behavioral design across all our product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers while overseeing product solutions across our Core and AI tracks.
• Define and execute the company's design strategy, ensuring it aligns with brand perception and user success.
• Partner closely with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership to drive data-informed design decisions.
• Act as the strongest voice for human-centered experiences, integrating behavioral perspectives into every product decision.
• Operate effectively at both executive and hands-on levels to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in behavioral design, with a proven track record of building experiences that influence user behavior.
• Experience working across both B2B SaaS and consumer-facing applications.
• Proven ability to build products from 0 to 1 and scale existing solutions.
• Strong product sense and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Russian.
