Head of Legal

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Legal to join our international team and provide strategic legal leadership across our diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive legal strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and international expansion.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements across all jurisdictions of operation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks related to contracts, intellectual property, employment, and litigation.
• Implement robust strategies to protect the company's intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Oversee financial reporting compliance and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CLO or VP Legal position within an international corporate environment.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian.
• Deep expertise in business, contract, employment, and intellectual property law.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation processes and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Strong proficiency in risk management, data analytics, and enterprise resource planning systems.
