Head of HFT

TechBiz Global is a leading recruitment and software development company that provides IT consulting and outstaffing services to partners worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Head of HFT to join our client's team in a fully remote capacity, focusing on driving innovation in algorithmic trading.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-frequency trading strategies.
• Build and manage a high-performing HFT team, including quants and engineers.
• Collaborate with leadership to align trading strategy with overall business goals.
• Analyze and act on large data sets in real-time to identify profitable opportunities.
• Maintain and continuously improve latency-sensitive infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-frequency or algorithmic trading.
• Proven track record of working with top-tier trading firms, proprietary trading desks, or hedge funds.
• Experience leading or contributing to successful HFT strategies and systems.
• Deep understanding of low-latency systems, high-throughput data processing, and network optimization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
