co.brick Talents is seeking a Founding Technology Hire and CTO to join a self-funded, highly profitable e-commerce accelerator. You will lead the development of a next-generation platform powered by Agentic AI, designed to automate repetitive e-commerce operations and analytics while allowing human teams to focus on strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy the AI infrastructure to manage listing optimization, catalog ingestion, and dynamic pricing.
• Build robust, real-time data pipelines integrating marketplace APIs, logistics, and financial systems.
• Design a modular, multi-channel architecture capable of scaling across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and D2C platforms.
• Exercise sharp commercial judgment to determine the optimal balance between building custom solutions and integrating existing frameworks or LLM models.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping and operating agentic or LLM-based systems in real-world production environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, specifically Amazon SP-API, buy-box dynamics, and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in data engineering, including data warehousing and complex commerce data modeling.
• A hands-on builder mindset with active coding ability in backend, AI/ML, or cloud architecture.
• Commercial instinct and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment without corporate overhead.
