Head of Design (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

As the Head of Design, you will lead our design organization, shaping the end-to-end customer journey across our product and web platforms while fostering a world-class remote design culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term design vision that prioritizes measurable user-experience quality and business impact.
• Lead the design function operationally, managing headcount, prioritization, and delivery to ensure scalable growth alongside Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from public campaigns to in-app transactional flows.
• Oversee user research, journey mapping, and design systems to optimize complex financial and crypto-native payment flows.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, and UX writers in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital design experience, including 4+ years in an executive leadership role within fintech, neobanking, or digital assets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interactive product design and the ability to extend established brand identities.
• Proven track record of improving business metrics such as conversion, NPS, and task completion through design-led initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of native mobile platform guidelines and modern web standards, with experience scaling enterprise-grade design systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate the business value of design to executive stakeholders.
