Head of Delivery DACH

STX Next is a global IT consulting company specializing in customer-focused software services, currently seeking a Head of Delivery for the DACH region. This role requires a leader who blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution, acting as a bridge between client strategy, business growth, and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the financial health and profitability of your assigned client portfolio while ensuring project quality and scope control.
• Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure long-term success.
• Partner with the Sales team on expansion plans, upsell opportunities, and late-stage deal pipelines.
• Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost operational margins and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for projects, implementing swift risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT services management, combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory, alongside professional proficiency in English and Polish.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen regarding T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, cloud-native environments, and AI-driven delivery tooling.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and C-level business executives.
