Head of Data

Digital Forms is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Data to lead our data initiatives and drive digital transformation for our international clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical data architectures and high-level business objectives, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business context, define success metrics, and design clear, actionable KPIs.
• Design and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for business intelligence and reporting.
• Build and manage dashboards that support executive-level decision-making and operational optimization.
• Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift and high SQL proficiency.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a strong consulting mindset.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, present insights, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
