Head of Data and Analytics

Novakid is a leading online English-learning platform for children, currently serving over 100,000 students across more than 15 countries. We are looking for a strategic Head of Data and Analytics to lead our data evolution, transforming our existing foundation into a modern, AI-enabled decision system that scales with our global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics strategy to support product development, commercial performance, and operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts embedded across various business functions to drive strategic impact.
• Scale practical AI use cases, including natural-language data access, automated reporting, and AI-assisted insight generation.
• Strengthen the company-wide experimentation and A/B testing culture to increase speed and autonomy.
• Build a high-impact data science capability focused on machine learning, forecasting, and product innovation.
• Establish robust metric governance and a trusted semantic layer to ensure data consistency across the organization.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in analytics, BI, or data functions within high-growth digital environments.
• Proven track record of transforming analytics toward scalable, self-serve, and AI-enabled models.
• Strong technical expertise in modern data stacks, cloud warehouses like BigQuery, and semantic modeling.
• Hands-on SQL fluency and a deep understanding of analytics engineering principles.
• Experience in building or rebuilding data science functions that support both business and product goals.
