We are and we help e-commerce brands grow.
Our execution services are strong, and over the last few years, we've built a promising consulting and strategy department. This department currently generates 20% of our revenue.
Our goal is to make it the core of our business. Within two years, we want our strategic services positioning us as the go-to strategic partner for serious e-commerce companies.
To achieve this, we need a leader to take ownership of this department and its growth.
The Central Challenge of This Role:
This is a leadership position focused on a clear business objective. You will be responsible for scaling a proven service line into the primary engine of the company. This involves solving three core challenges:
- We need to hire the right consultants who meet our standards for skill and cultural fit, and then manage their allocation effectively across projects.
- Team & Talent: We need to establish and enforce a consistent standard of quality across all strategic work, creating reliable processes and templates that ensure every client receives the best possible outcome.
- Quality & Process: We need to build and execute a plan to triple the revenue contribution of this department, which involves both selling our services and expanding our offerings.
Your Responsibilities Will Be to:
- You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of Senior Consultants.
- Build and lead the consulting team: You will own the evolution of our strategic offerings and create the processes to deliver them consistently. This includes our three core services:
- Develop and systematize our services: Full e-commerce digital marketing audits, client workshops, and strategy development.
- Strategy
- Outsourcing a consultant to act as an interim growth leader within a client’s team.
- Fractional Head of Growth: Providing a dedicated strategic advisor for clients who use our agency for campaign execution.
- Consulting: you will be actively involved in the sales process for strategic services and will be expected to contribute directly to winning new business.
- Drive sales and business development: This is a hands-on role. You will act as the lead consultant and Fractional Head of Growth for key clients, demonstrating the value of our work through your own expertise.

Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for an e-commerce strategist, not just a manager. You should have a deep consulting strategy from either an agency or in-house leadership role. You understand what it takes to deliver high-quality strategic work because you've done it yourself for years. You are a practitioner. You are all about optimization and dedication to your processes and to services. You must be experienced practitioner background in B2C e-commerce marketing agency builder who enjoys creating systems and developing teams implementing new solutions, like AI, fluent in both Polish and English.
What We Offer:
- Position: A seat on the management team, cooperating directly with other department heads and the CEO.
- Compensation: A monthly salary of 25,000 - 30,000 PLN net on a B2B agreement.

- Ownership: The possibility of joining a vesting program after your first year.
- Flexibility: The choice to work fully remotely or in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office, with flexible hours.
