Head of Business Development - Logos

Logos is a movement dedicated to building the technology and community required for a more sovereign, decentralized world. We are seeking a Head of Business Development to drive our ecosystem growth and lead a team of two in advancing our privacy-focused, decentralized infrastructure stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the partnership strategy to drive ecosystem growth and adoption ahead of and post-mainnet launch.
• Identify and secure high-value integrations with protocols, infrastructure providers, and applications that align with our mission.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two, setting clear priorities and maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear commercial propositions for partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure partnerships result in tangible, long-term technical outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure, with a strong understanding of technical architectures.
• Proven track record of building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, or network activity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, founders, and engineering leaders.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team and operating autonomously in a remote environment.
• Deep familiarity with privacy-focused ecosystems and open-source protocols.
