Head of Authorizations Product and Operations

Aidin is a dynamic healthcare technology company dedicated to revolutionizing care coordination and post-acute care transitions. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Authorizations Product and Operations to own the full lifecycle of our Prior Authorizations business line and help us defragment the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Prior Authorizations to increase coverage and utilization.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and operations associates to ship high-leverage features and optimize workflows.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with payors, clearinghouses, and partners to expand our coverage ecosystem.
• Scale operations to support increased authorization volume while reducing cost-per-auth through automation and AI tools.
• Oversee the implementation process for new and existing customers to ensure timely and successful adoption.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes, leading negotiations, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong product-minded approach with the ability to define roadmaps and write requirements for engineering teams.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience managing executive relationships.
• Fluency in using AI tools to accelerate product development and operational efficiency.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in prior authorizations or revenue cycle management, is highly valued.
