Head of Affiliates & Agents

CoinPoker is an innovative crypto-poker platform leveraging advanced blockchain technology to provide a fast, secure, and transparent gaming experience. We are currently seeking a strategic Head of Affiliates & Agents to lead our partner acquisition efforts and scale our platform as a primary source of new players.

Key responsibilities

• Own the partner acquisition strategy and P&L, determining the optimal mix of affiliate and agent models for different markets.
• Manage the agent program end-to-end, including recruitment, vetting, commission structures, and performance management.
• Direct the affiliate program from initial negotiation and recruitment to account management and portfolio expansion.
• Lead and develop the affiliate and agent teams, setting clear targets and operational standards.
• Monitor partner quality and risk, focusing on net rake and cohort retention to ensure long-term profitability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing agent networks and affiliate programs within the poker or casino industry.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making regarding deal profitability.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Deep understanding of poker liquidity, rake structures, and player value drivers.
• Expertise in tracking, attribution, and identifying partner-side risks such as bonus abuse or fraudulent traffic.
