Key responsibilities

• Deliver and support insurance transformation projects utilizing Java, Guidewire, or EIS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and agile teams to design and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze requirements, develop robust code, and participate in testing, system integrations, and deployments.
• Support platform modernization, cloud migration, and various innovation initiatives.
• Communicate project progress, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, consulting, or system implementation projects.
• Hands-on expertise in Java development or Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Experience working effectively within Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Good command of the English language.
