Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Helvetia Baloise Group is seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in large-scale insurance projects, focusing on product migration and the development of innovative new solutions within a professional, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and optimize code using Gosu within the Guidewire Policy Center environment.
• Contribute to complex product migration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Design and implement new features to support evolving business requirements in the insurance sector.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Guidewire Developer working with Policy Center version 10 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language.
• Proven background in product migration projects, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Working proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in a global team.
• Familiarity with APD in Guidewire is considered a significant advantage.
