Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter & BillingCenter)

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer to join international projects within the insurance domain. You will play a key role in delivering modern solutions on the Guidewire platform, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Development and configuration of Guidewire applications, specifically PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Designing and implementing new functionalities using the Gosu programming language.
• Supporting complex integrations between Guidewire and various enterprise systems.
• Translating intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions and implementations.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience working with the Guidewire platform, particularly PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
• Strong proficiency in the Gosu programming language and system configuration.
• Solid understanding of insurance business processes, including policy lifecycles and billing.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
• Professional proficiency in both English and German at a B2 level.
