GTS Project Manager

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a dedicated GTS Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within our Corporate Technology portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all global initiatives are executed efficiently while meeting stakeholder expectations and strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project charters and detailed execution plans for multiple concurrent global projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project controls to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and lead steering committee reviews to maintain alignment.
• Distill complex initiatives into concise, executive-level updates, dashboards, and actionable decision points.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing technology projects specifically within HR, Corporate, and Government Affairs domains.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, IT, and external vendors.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise HR and enabling-functions platforms.
• Demonstrated capability in planning, tracking, and governing complex, multinational, or cross-regional programs.
