GTMS Consultant

Vistex is a global leader in Go-to-Market Suite (GTMS) solutions, helping enterprises gain control over promotions, rebates, and incentives to drive profitability. We are currently seeking a dedicated GTMS Consultant to join our team and lead high-visibility customer implementations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business processes for customers, delivering solutions that provide tangible business benefits.
• Gain deep expertise in GTMS software features to effectively map customer requirements to system designs.
• Author detailed functional specifications to guide back-office teams in building custom enhancements and reports.
• Lead regular system walkthroughs and perform quality assurance to ensure a smooth testing experience for clients.
• Orchestrate production cutovers and provide knowledge transfer sessions to ensure customer self-sufficiency post-go-live.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software implementation, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into functional system configurations.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a primary point of contact for high-touch customer engagements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product development, support, and system administration teams.
