Flowmingo is a Y Combinator-backed startup on a mission to democratize hiring by using an AI-native platform to uncover hidden talent. We are looking for a Growth Product Intern or Fresher to join our team and help shape the future of AI-driven recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research by interviewing users, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into actionable opportunities.
• Help plan and prioritize new product features in collaboration with the product, design, and engineering teams.
• Participate in testing product releases and ensuring a smooth, high-quality user experience.
• Support analytics efforts to measure product adoption and user engagement.
• Create clear specifications, product notes, and release documentation.

• Strong desire for real ownership and a proactive approach to building systems.
• Curiosity about how growth works in early-stage startups and a passion for product design or UX.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving user problems logically.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into simplicity.
