Growth & Marketing Manager

Xora is the XRP neobank dedicated to making crypto spending, saving, and sending as seamless as traditional cash. As a rapidly expanding fintech startup, we are looking for a dynamic Growth & Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team and drive our user acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive growth experiments across paid, organic, and viral marketing channels.
• Manage influencer and KOL partnerships to expand our brand reach within the crypto ecosystem.
• Lead PR campaigns and oversee community growth initiatives across platforms like X, Telegram, and Discord.
• Organize and host events and meetups to engage directly with the crypto community.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to identify and implement high-impact growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing within the crypto or fintech sectors.
• A social-first mindset with a deep understanding of digital community dynamics.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
