Growth Marketer (AI-first)

Tequipy Ltd is a fast-growing company simplifying global hardware procurement for distributed teams. We are looking for an AI-first Growth Marketer to help us stand out in the market by creating memorable campaigns, managing our brand presence, and driving customer acquisition through innovative, data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, PR, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks and maximize efficiency.
• Manage relationships with freelancers and agencies to scale our marketing efforts effectively.
• Create compelling case studies, manage customer reviews, and apply for industry awards.
• Analyze campaign performance, iterate on successful bets, and pivot away from underperforming initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing with a track record of measurable results.
• Deep proficiency in using AI tools to build custom workflows and solve complex problems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think in funnels and test hypotheses with discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write content that resonates with IT managers and CTOs.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
