Growth Associate, Expert Recruiting

As a Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing our expert supply side, directly influencing our ability to deliver complex data projects for global AI teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-touch sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify specialized annotators, including linguists, clinicians, and domain experts.
• Scale sourcing channels by leveraging AI workflows and automation to optimize conversion rates and improve the overall annotator experience.
• Design and implement robust vetting pipelines to assess candidate expertise against specific project requirements.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with experts to ensure a warm, highly-skilled roster ready for immediate project deployment.
• Collaborate closely with delivery leads to translate customer specifications into actionable candidate profiles.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting within fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to build and utilize AI workflows to scale operations and improve candidate engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning key funnel metrics such as response rates, conversion, and time-to-fill.
• Excellent written communication skills and a proactive, resilient approach to problem-solving.
