Growth & Content Specialist - B2B Tech / Software Development

Code & Pepper is a software development company specializing in building and scaling digital products for fintech, healthtech, and other technology sectors. We are looking for a Growth & Content Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth function, including content strategy, SEO, GEO, and conversion analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO and GEO strategies, including setting topic priorities and content briefs.
• Manage the end-to-end content calendar and publishing process to ensure consistent output.
• Optimize content for visibility in AI-driven search engines and traditional search rankings.
• Coordinate technical SEO requirements with the engineering team to improve site performance.
• Analyze organic traffic and conversion data to report on performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in owning an SEO and content function with accountability for measurable results.
• Excellent written English skills with a strong portfolio of long-form B2B technology or software development content.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content architecture.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools like GA4 and Google Search Console to inform strategy.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects independently.
