Group Product Manager

Lodgify is a fast-growing scale-up company leading the vacation rental industry, empowering property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead a 0 to 1 initiative, shaping our strategy for AI agents and building a marketplace of skills that will transform how our hosts interact with our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategy for opening Lodgify to AI agents and determine which features fit the host journey.
• Build and manage a marketplace where hosts can create, share, and utilize AI-powered skills.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their growth as AI builders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define agent-powered use cases and establish quality standards.
• Shape internal product development processes regarding AI, including prototyping and evaluation methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking an AI product from 0 to 1, ideally with agent tool connectivity.
• Hands-on experience building skills for AI agents, writing evaluations, and measuring quality.
• Experience in building platforms, APIs, or ecosystems that others can build upon.
• Strong background in managing and growing product management teams.
• Ability to set up new ways of working that are adopted across the wider organization.
