GRC Analyst

We are seeking a GRC Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in safeguarding our assets, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring operational integrity across our diverse product ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing risk reviews and maintain an up-to-date risk register for the organization.
• Support risk assessments across critical business processes and systems while tracking mitigation plans.
• Monitor adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate evidence collection and documentation to support audit readiness and successful outcomes.
• Develop and distribute compliance and security awareness materials to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Risk Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or audit-related roles.
• Familiarity with common compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent consultative and relationship-building skills to drive success across cross-functional teams.
