Graphic Designer Specialist - AI Trainer

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated graphics for composition, visual reasoning, and adherence to design principles.
• Annotate design errors and provide expert feedback on typography, color usage, and layout hierarchy.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and quality guidelines for visual models.
• Review model-generated content across both print and digital formats to ensure high standards of usability and style.

Requirements

• Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development.
• Fluency with industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail when assessing complex visual assets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively document design feedback and process improvements.
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD is highly valued.
