As a GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert for building, managing, and optimizing complex automations across our core systems to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations within GoHighLevel for lead capture, follow-up, and engagement.
• Develop and manage n8n workflows to integrate GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and other essential platforms.
• Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, and email/SMS campaigns within the GHL ecosystem.
• Maintain database hygiene, including contact tagging and segmentation.
• Troubleshoot automation errors and document workflows to ensure team scalability and internal enablement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM management, funnel building, and campaign automation.
• Proven expertise in building complex, multi-step workflows using n8n.
• Strong technical proficiency in integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration or workflow failures.
• Strong English communication skills to ensure accuracy and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
