Go Developer

IBA Poland is seeking an experienced Go Developer to join an international team working on a global mobility and urban services platform. You will contribute to a branding management platform that supports the entire lifecycle of digital services, utilizing a modern technology stack including Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable backend services.
• Lead technical research, architecture design, and implementation of new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Requirements

• Expert-level Go proficiency, including advanced language features.
• At least 4 years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-load distributed systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including schema design, replication, and query optimization.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture patterns and service communication.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
