Go Architect / Solution Architect

Andersen is seeking a skilled Go Architect or Solution Architect to join a project focused on building scalable, high-performance distributed systems. You will work with an international organization in the financial services sector to develop robust platforms that support rapid business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable distributed systems using Go, focusing on efficient concurrency models and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate complex business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and architectural plans.
• Ensure the system architecture supports high performance, fault tolerance, and observability across all services.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on, production-level experience in Go.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and high-load architecture design.
• Proven experience in regulated domains such as fintech or banking, alongside knowledge of AI implementation.
• Strong proficiency in API design (REST/gRPC), message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Advanced English language skills and a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
