Go Architect / Solution Architect (Go)

Andersen is seeking a Go Architect / Solution Architect to join a project focused on building and evolving high-performance, scalable distributed systems. You will work within an international environment, contributing to complex platforms that support business growth and innovation in the financial and protection services domain.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine business goals into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards of quality and resilience.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enhance delivery speed and safety.
• Representing the engineering team in stakeholder meetings to explain technical topics in business-centric terms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years of hands-on, production-level experience in Go.
• Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and high-load systems.
• Strong expertise in API design (REST/gRPC), relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and message brokers.
• Solid knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and system design principles.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience working in regulated domains like fintech or banking.
