What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the practice team, fostering professional growth, motivation, and high performance;
  • Ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards;
  • Defining and implementing best practices, technical standards, and methodologies for the practice area;
  • Planning and allocating resources effectively, supporting recruitment, and ensuring the team has the right capabilities;
  • Driving practice strategy, continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with company goals and market demands;
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, senior management, and other Practice Leads to deliver business growth and client satisfaction;
  • Overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring consistent delivery standards across projects;
  • Assigning tasks, following up on progress, and supporting team members in overcoming challenges and impediments;
  • Reporting on team performance, project outcomes, and escalations in a timely manner;
  • Contributing to team development, professional placement, and career growth planning.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • 4–5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Practice Lead, Project Manager, Team Lead, Program Manager, Delivery Manager);
  • Strong experience in the iGaming industry, particularly in rolling out iGaming platforms with exposure to multiple project lifecycles;
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing both technical and intellectual guidance;
  • Solid technical expertise in software engineering with a strong understanding of relevant processes, tools, and methodologies;
  • Confident in operating within Agile environments and familiar with project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify, etc.;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience in building networks and relationships within the technology sector and maintaining strong industry awareness;
  • In-depth understanding of B2B software solutions, delivery processes, and client expectations;
  • Proactive, independent, and accountable for team results;
  • Experience in knowledge sharing, coaching colleagues, and contributing to continuous performance improvement;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
