Globalization Coordinator (Project-based)

Headway Inc is a global tech company revolutionizing lifelong learning by creating digital products for over 170 million users worldwide. We are looking for a Globalization Coordinator to ensure that our localization and globalization operations run smoothly, allowing our products to feel native to every market they enter.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the localization and production of lessons across supported languages for our core products.
• Manage workflows and dependencies between the globalization and product teams while overseeing workload distribution among linguistic experts.
• Create, maintain, and improve localization guidelines and coordinate quality checks for AI-assisted tools.
• Oversee time tracking for linguistic experts and support administrative system workflows.
• Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvements and automation implementation.

• Strong project and operations management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workflows.
• Proactive and confident use of AI tools in daily tasks.
