We are looking for an experienced Project/Platform Manager to join our Global Trade Engagement Platform team. You will manage international digital projects, drive user (UX) and customer experience (CX) initiatives, and coordinate product and platform initiatives on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end digital and platform projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Define and oversee the platform roadmap and product strategy.
  • Ensure excellent user and customer experience through research, Customer Journey Mapping, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams in an international environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Apply best practices in project management (Agile, Scrum, PMP) and share knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital or platform project management (PMP® or equivalent is a plus).
  • Experience in User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), or Product Management.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and manage distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Figma, Notion, and Slack.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and mixed methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Nice to Have: Experience in user research and creating Customer Journey Maps.
  • Experience launching new digital products or platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or UX (PMP®, UX Designer Certificate, etc.).
