Global Payroll Implementation Specialist - GPIS

Remote is a global company dedicated to simplifying international employment by helping businesses of all sizes recruit, pay, and manage their teams compliantly. We are looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in technically implementing new customers onto our global payroll platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the payroll setup process to ensure a seamless transition.
• Analyze customer payroll needs and provide expert recommendations for configuration.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including data collection, system configuration, and parallel payroll runs.
• Verify that payroll and tax setups are fully compliant with local statutory regulations.
• Coordinate the payroll Go-Live process and ensure a smooth handover to the payroll operations team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve our platform through UAT testing and process documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation, including statutory tax regulations and payroll processing.
• Strong technical background in setting up local payroll software and managing accounting reconciliations.
• Excellent data management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and a strong aptitude for automation and productivity tools.
• Fluent in English with the ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
