We are seeking high-agency individuals to join our 2-year Global Management Trainee Program, a fast-track leadership initiative designed to develop the next generation of operators and managers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support live projects across core business functions and track key performance indicators during the initial execution phase.
• Rotate through departments such as Growth, Operations, Product, or Monetization to gain a comprehensive understanding of startup scaling.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage junior team members to design scalable operational systems.
• Take ownership of a specific business function or major project to demonstrate readiness for permanent leadership roles.

• Strong systems thinking skills, focusing on designing scalable frameworks rather than just solving isolated problems.
