SIL International is seeking a Global Health Partnerships and Programs Manager to help language communities flourish by advancing health outcomes through strategic partnerships and program expansion. This role is central to strengthening the Health and Language Initiative (HLI) by cultivating global relationships and securing sustainable resources to support health equity.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HLI Team Leader in advancing the strategic growth and long-term sustainability of the Health and Language Initiative.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with global health organizations, foundations, government entities, and corporate partners.
- Identify, pursue, and secure diverse funding opportunities and support grant development and donor engagement.
- Coordinate health-related pilot projects at global, area, and country levels to increase impact.
- Develop program resources and collateral to support communications, fundraising, and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in global health, public health, international development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across diverse cultures and sectors.
- Experience in partnership development, fundraising, donor relations, or grant management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a distributed team environment.
- Proficiency with workplace technologies including Google Workspace and project management tools.
