Global Clinical Project Manager - Vendor Management Expert (home-based in Poland

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Global Clinical Project Manager with a focus on Vendor Management to join our Single Sponsor Department. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of global clinical trials across all phases, from study start-up through to final close-out.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor activities across the entire study lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and performance during study initiation to ensure smooth activation.
• Monitor vendor performance, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables to support site readiness, database lock, and final study closure.
• Develop and maintain KPI and KQI dashboards to track vendor effectiveness and service quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in global clinical project management.
• Strong expertise in managing vendors such as central labs, eCOA, IRT, ECG, imaging, or patient recruitment.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories.
• Proven ability to manage risk, performance issues, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive project success.
