Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creative and quality elements of dubbing projects from start to finish.
• Lead casting decisions and ensure the right voices bring every story to life.
• Drive script adaptation and create compelling creative briefs.
• Own quality assurance to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
• Work independently across multiple productions with authority and creative excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in dubbing direction, adaptation, performance, or voice acting.
• Experience working with AI dubbing tools or platforms.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Proficiency in audio or video editing.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
