German & Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German & Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to provide high-quality support to our clients. This position involves assisting customers via e-mail and inbound calls – no sales involved – and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive customer service via e-mail and phone, following company standards.
• Resolve simple technical issues.
• Meet the project’s quality and performance goals.

Requirements

• Excellent command of both German and Italian (C1 level).
• Very good command of English (B1 level).
• Ability to identify and solve simple technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills: teamwork, empathy, active listening, and politeness.
• Availability of 120–140 working hours per month.
