Genesys Cloud Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team and help architect, develop, and optimize advanced contact center solutions for our diverse range of enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust applications on the Genesys Cloud platform to meet specific client requirements.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure secure and efficient data exchange.
• Develop and configure complex IVR Architect call flows to optimize customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while maintaining high system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth, AWS, Python, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Proven experience with IVR Architect call flow development and configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
