Welo Global is seeking experienced linguists to join a synthetic data generation program for a leading technology client. As a Generative AI Analyst, you will independently review machine-generated translations from English into Polish and evaluate their quality to ensure high standards of accuracy and fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Review English source documents alongside machine-generated Polish translations.
• Evaluate the accuracy, fluency, and overall quality of the generated content.
• Select the preferred translation version based on established quality guidelines.
• Provide clear, concise written justifications for your evaluation decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content quality review, data labeling, or Generative AI evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies.
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines consistently while maintaining high accuracy.
• Critical thinking skills and sound judgment when assessing ambiguous scenarios.
• Comfortable working within structured annotation platforms and digital tools.
