Generalist -- Business Operations Engineer

Spotter Labs is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Operations Engineer to join our team. This cross-functional role involves rotating between departments to identify operational challenges, design practical solutions, and implement automations that drive business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across different business departments to understand workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.
• Investigate problems uncovered by management and determine their root causes.
• Design and implement practical, scalable solutions to improve business operations.
• Build automations and internal tools that eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.
