GenAI Engineer / Architect

Senovo-It is seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer / Architect to join a transformative project within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on combining high-level solution architecture with hands-on development to build production-grade artificial intelligence systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end production-grade GenAI solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.
• Develop advanced LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI applications to solve complex business challenges.
• Design sophisticated retrieval pipelines utilizing vector databases, hybrid search, and reranking techniques.
• Implement robust AI governance, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to ensure high-quality model performance.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to engineering teams while maintaining a hands-on coding approach.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python development with a strong focus on scalable software engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience specifically in GenAI and LLM production environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of RAG architectures and AI agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in cloud-based AI deployment, preferably within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, containerization with Docker, and modern CI/CD practices.
