Gen AI Adoption Lead (Engineering Productivity)

N-iX is a global software development company with over 2,400 professionals, currently seeking a Gen AI Adoption Lead to join our pioneering team. In this role, you will help our engineering teams unlock the potential of Generative AI by experimenting with new tools, sharing discoveries, and building the future of engineering productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with AI tools in real coding workflows and demonstrate effective practices to engineering teams.
• Lead workshops, live demos, and pairing sessions to enable engineers to learn by doing.
• Build lightweight tools, prompts, and playbooks that evolve based on practical experience.
• Consult across various client accounts to find the right adoption paths while respecting specific restrictions.
• Measure the impact of AI adoption on delivery speed, quality, and overall developer experience.

Requirements

• Solid engineering foundation in at least one area such as Backend (Java or .NET), Frontend, or Architecture.
• Proven curiosity and initiative in exploring GenAI tools like Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
• Early adopter mindset with the ability to experiment and learn in areas where answers are not yet fully defined.
• Experience in change leadership, specifically introducing new tools or processes to teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively win over skeptics and tailor approaches to different client needs.
