GCP Platform Engineer

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner that delivers successful projects for prestigious firms worldwide. We are currently looking for a skilled GCP Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and maintenance of secure cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, enterprise-grade GCP landing zones using Infrastructure as Code.
• Configure cloud networking, including VPC topologies, interconnects, VPNs, and DNS.
• Implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) structures and security guardrails.
• Develop and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for platform provisioning and continuous deployment.
• Implement central logging, monitoring, and observability across all GCP environments.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Deep, hands-on experience across core Google Cloud Platform services.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for multi-environment deployments.
• Solid background in enterprise networking and hybrid-cloud integration.
• Strong experience in building and automating CI/CD pipelines and applying GitOps best practices.
• In-depth understanding of cloud security architecture, IAM, and encryption management.
