[GBL] Tech Lead/Software Architect (React, Next.JS, Node.JS, AI, AWS)

Software Mind is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead and Software Architect to shape the technical direction of our web and mobile platforms. You will serve as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall system architecture across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
• Lead technical design decisions and ensure architectural consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation by exploring AI and low-code/no-code solutions to accelerate time-to-market.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and leading modern, cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS serverless environments, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.
• Proven track record in tech leadership and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
