Gameplay Data Capture Specialist

Micro1 is seeking a dedicated Gameplay Data Capture Specialist to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your deep gaming expertise to capture high-quality, real-world gameplay data that helps train advanced models.

Key responsibilities

• Play a variety of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using specialized in-house tools.
• Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team leads and fellow experts to provide clear feedback and project updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to recording workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain secure storage and cataloging of all captured data files according to project guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven passion for AAA gaming with access to the specific titles required for project tasks.
• Strong gameplay proficiency and the ability to follow complex capture instructions precisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ownership of a high-end gaming PC capable of running and recording modern AAA titles at high resolutions without performance issues.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable professional capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
